Parts fading

I can currently get a part to fade out but how do I get a part to fade in? I can not seem to get the starting % to set to 0.

Fading? what do you mean? using Studio ?

Sorry. I should have been more infomative. Yes I did mean in Studio but I have found the solution.
What I was wanting to do was have some parts fade in at the start of my animation but the fade option only starts at 100% and goes to a lesser value.
I followed these steps to get it work.

1. Select the object to fade from 100% to 0%
2. Mirror the fade reference
3. Drag the 100% to 0% reference to a zero time line

This sets the objects to 0% at the start and then the mirror reference will allow you to breing them back.
