Hi Guys
Just a general question.
I am finding that a few of my clients are starting to ask for 3d drawings. I am mainly in the interior design area.
Would I be better off learning Sketchup for doing my 3d stuff or would it be better to bite the bullet and try and learn Autocads 3d.
What I'm really asking is, is Sketchup 3d easier than Autocad 3d.:o
Thanks all
Dodge..

I believe Sketchup is a great deal less expensive. Neither are really that hard to learn and work with, but I think AutoCAD is a little more versatile.

Yes, learn SU. It is so easy and you will not have any issues using 2 or more applications. SU has tons of uses and can come into for many different reasons. I love Acad but for ease of use SU has NO equal! The good thing is that they work great together.
Good luck

BTW: I moved this post to the SU forum.
