AutoCAD 2008 Publisher & Attribute extraction

I have two problems I desperatly need help with.


When using publisher how can I Isolate Layout Tabs?
I have blocks in a drawing all the same except for a number, when I extract the attributes I get seperate quntites, when I need to get a total. Also how do I extract the data into the Title block.

1. Hilite the tabs you want to publish. Hold ctrl button down while selecting to add/remove tabs.

2. After extracting can you simply sort in Excel and then add a cell which sums them? Not sure how to extract straight to the t-block.
