I have windows xp and autocad 2008. I can't run autocad without administrator privileges. Is this fixed in Acad 2009? If not, is there a way I can add exeption to my user account?

Why not? Admin rights are not required.
What is it doing or not doing?

I logged on as an administrator and installed and used the program for 6 months with no problem. Today I created a new account and that happened.
