One of my drawings have got a problem pasting proxy objects. When an object is copied and I press PASTE, the object is supposedly pasted but it's not. The command line reads...
Command: _pasteclip
...but no pasting has taken place. "Normal" objects are no trouble at all. This is only the case with a particular drawing. What could it be?

Is it only that one drawing? Or have you copied those proxy objects before? You may need to download the object enablers to be able to see any pasted proxy objects. (I may be way off track here, but I have had proxies cause me many problems in the past)

Is the drawing with the proxy objects one created at your office?
Have you and/or the creator had new software or upgrades?

Hmmm...
It might just be worth checking/downloading the latest object enablers.
Or
Try saving a COPY of the drawing somewhere... explode the proxy objects, do they disappear, or do they become autocad objects?
