Attempting to unzip the tutorial application files, "Families" and "Import / Export", I get the error message " Can't create output file C:\Documents and Setings\All Users\Application Data\Autodesk\RAC 2008\Training\Imperial\Templates\default.rte".
I'm not familiar with unzipping. Can someone tell me what this means and a possible solution?
