If you are dimensioning a site plan in Civil 3D and you want ISO Standard radial dimensions, but your view is twisted (dview>twist) your dims will come in crooked to a degree depending on your dview twist value. An alternative to using a standard radial dimension is to create a Civil 3D label (I called mine Radial Dimension Style) using the "general segment curve radius". This way your radial dims will rotate to whatever your dview twist is set to and will always read horizontally.
