scrolling through tabs in design bar

I'm in the Sketch tab of the Design Bar on 01 Lower Level in Revit Arch. 2008. I want to change to another tab. The tabs are not displayed at the bottom of the design bar as they have been previously. How do I display the other tabs, so I can select?

I've tried using Tab on the keyboard. Nothing. Any suggestions?

on the design bar, right click and you can add the other ones by ticking them.
