Here is the picture of what i'm trying to make.
I've tried to flange all three edges that forms this corner, but the Inventor is displaying the error for intersection.
If i make one flange at the time, it does the same.
I tried to play with corner settings, but none of these resolves the problem.
Any help?
Thanks!!
Cheers!

So after the fillet it's very thin ?
You can't FOLD it instead ?

Well.. the problem is that I can't get the automatic filleting when i select three edges that make this object.
The main problem is that the Inventor has to make fillets according to flange dimensions in order to resolve the intersections.
This is how I see it.
@Nick
No... these are not very thin. This is just an angle and this is why engde after flanging looks that thin. I can't make those fillets combined with flange.

I would rarely use Fold. Very rarely.

Zip and attach what you have so far.
Something like this? (Pull down the End of Folded marker in the browser.)

I could never get auto-mitering to work in 2008, but it works like a charm in 2009. I never bothered figuring it out after we got 2009 in here.

Of course, there is always the option to buy 2009, I just have to check with reps to see how much would they ripp me of for this :)
