View Full Version : Scale list overload

I've run into an issue of scaling viewports. The list of scales is increasing exponentially. All with _xref any number of times after the scale i.e. (1:5_xref_xref....). In earlier threads i read a command called scalelistedit>reset worked just fine. Well it did on 2 machines, the third in the other hand had a "unhandled error" as if there were too many to list. So to my question, is there another way to get the same effect as the scalelistedit command? I'm currently working with Autocad 2008 if that helps.

You have to run the command line version.

Currently moving it to dot net.

OK. If you are considering looking into VBA, then I would STRONGLY advise that you skip it and look into VB dot Net. I am currently moving all my VBA apps into this, and creating a whole range of apps that I could not in VBA. There is a great ebook for beginners available from VBCAD dot Com, for less than $20.00
Also note that there is no need to be able to write vba for any apps I offer, they are complete and I will talk you through using it.
Sorry all for going off topic.

Nevermind.
Are you using ObjectDBX to process multiple drawings without opening them in the editor?
