I am using AutoCAD 2008 and I am having problems with the grips display in an object after doing the imprint command.
These are the steps I am doing:
1. I draw a 3D box
2. I draw a line on one of the box faces, If I click on the box, I can see all of the grips (see top image)
3. Command: IMPRINT
4. Select a 3D solid: pick the cube
5. Select an object to imprint: pick the line
6. Delete the source object [Yes/No] <N>: N
Now if I click on the box, I only get one grip (see bottom image).
Am I missing a setting within AutoCAD that is causing this?
According to AutoCAD instructions, I should be able to use the ctrl key to select individual edges, but when I do, nothing happens.
