what is the difference between

Solidworks V2008 SP0.0-2.1 WIN64

and

Solidworks V2008 SP0.0-2.1

I don't have 2008 yet, but my guess is one is for 32-bit OS and the other is for 64-bit OS.

Like JD said, its for 64 bit operating system.
