Have you tried the tutorials that are supplied with MEP? I know there were originally some problems with them, linking to a non-existant site or something, but I believe it is corrected now.
Also, have you used google?

With regards to needing help, it would be better if the thread title was relative to the help you need, and posting your question might be a good idea too. :wink:
