I know other here don't like it but we get good results with the built in PDF printer.

I have had good (not perfect but good) results with CutePDF. It's free too.

Yeah, I have the standard issue here at work and an older Pro at home. Both do a great job and if you can afford them I say go with them.

Adobe Acrobat Pro. I use Pro 8, excellent and the cost wasn't too awful.

Fast too.

I concur. PDF995 has been great and fast and hassle free.

I also just got a hold of PDFEDIT995, and it allows multi page PDFs, that is, as you create one it binds it into the previous one and accumulates until you untick that option.
