I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO EXPORT A 3D MODEL INTO A .WMF FILE, (WHICH IS IN A HIDDEN MODE.) BUT, MY CURVES DO NOT PICK UP RIGHT AT ALL. IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN FIX THIS SO THAT THEY ARE SMOOTH IN THE EXPORTING PROCESS?
IF NOT, ANY OTHER VECTOR SOLUTIONS? [/b]

I don't think that you can have what you want with a .wmf file. .wmf curves are usally just segmented lines. I just tried a test file from Acad out as a hidden wmf and into Illustrator and no go. They look OK when zoomed out but once you zoom in it is clear that the cuvres are not smooth. What are you opening the wmf file into?

I "exported" curves in Corel by copy-pasting. All it depends on what do you intend to do with the curves and how much effort are you prepared to invest.

I AM USING COREL AND PHOTOSHOP. THIS BAFFLES ME BECAUSE WIREFRAME CURVES LOOK OKAY. EVEN IN A 2D ISO DRAWING THERE OKAY. IT'S ONLY WHEN I SWITCH IT INTO THE HIDDEN SHADEMODE.
COPY/PASTING WILL HAVE TOO MUCH TIME INVESTED. MY DRAWINGS ARE TOO DETAILED. BUT I WILL KEEP THAT IN MIND FOR SMALLER PROJECTS.
GUESS I'LL HAVE TO SWITCH BACK TO THE OLE ISO'S.

Chris, welcome to the forum - good to have you here. Just one word of advice. On forums such as this, using all upper case is an indication that you are SHOUTING. It's also quite difficult to read.
Oh, and btw, I suggest that you use EPS rather than WMF - much better.

Corel 9 onwards will import or open DWG autocad files.

Ok, I tried the .eps export. And I got an error message... (Warning: unable to find PostScript prologue: )
And I have Corel 12 on my cpu. I do know you can import .dwg and .dxf's into it. But also too i'm getting an error.
I'm running AutoCAD 2005. But I have even saved the drawings to a 2000 file.

Corel 11 opens dwg from 2000.
