Solidworks Toolbox

I'm having a problem trying to set-up my toolbox option. I've done checked the add-in under the tool menu, but still it wouldnt come-out, Ive tried re-installing solidworks and still no toolbox. For some reason the file path for the toolbox wouldnt pop-out like the rest of the add-ins. I found the file where all the stuff is for my toolbox but for some reason its not directing it to that folder. Now my question is how do I make a path from the toolbox to that missing folder.

What OS are you running?
How long has SW been installed on the computer?

I'm using SP3.1 at the moment but everythings working out fine now. I uninstalled the program and re-installed it back up and the damn thing finally works. I get to use the add-ins like I wanted thanks anyway.
