I have made a 3d inventor model of a bathroom. Above the sink i have 3 puck lights in the valance. I want it to look like the 3 lights are shining down on the counter top. I have been using Inventor studio for only 2 days now and i have tried everything i can think of. I used the (sun) thing but that lights up the whole room. I want the image to look real and without that light detail coming down there is no ambience in the picture. (Basically how do i make a lamp look like the light it is on.)
Hope someone can help
Thanks
david

Maybe the spot light, might be the key to your problem? I know it's of no help but in Inventor 2009 they have introduced a new light and it's a bulb light.

i tried the spot light and it does light up the counter top, but the puck light itself does not look like it is on. It looks like the light is coming out of no where, i want the light to look like it has been turned on so there is a brightness coming from it.
Thank you for your time.
