You can also find this by going to your "Customize" pull down menu and select 'Customize User Interface'. When the dialog opens, select the Keyboard tab. You can change or assign a hotkey for any command. Then hit the Save button to write your changes out to the MaxStartUI.kbd file.

Note: Before making changes, It's best to make a copy of the .kbd file first, for backup, in case you ever want to go back to it later.

for 2008 & 2009 there's a printed fold-out cube you put together that came w/ the software--a little gimmicky...max 9 came with a simple fould out card...
