Help with autodesk Civil 3D

I am civil engineer. I have to learn Autodesk Civil 3D.
I am beginner with civil 3D. I have used autodesk tutorials,
others tutorials,books but without seceses.

Can anybody help me with video tutorials?

Autodesk has all their webcasts and white papers on a disc. My boss gets them periodically because he has a subscription.
