700mb, no matter how much you like will not be compressed enough.
What problem do you have, why can it not be reinstalled?

Did you do a complete Uninstall, removing all remnants of the program, before re-installing? It's also a good idea to disable your anti-virus software before installing. This can sometimes disrupt the installation process. If there's a problem with the installation disc, you might try contacting Autodesk and see if they would be willing to exchange the bad disc for a new one?

Do you have an installation disc or did you just download an illegal copy off the internet? If you have a disc with corrupt files on it, do as I suggested, and contact Autodesk.

the files you require are on AUGI - there is a known bug, you'll need to register and search for the thread (material library error 2009)
