Floworks: Pressure Drop

Hi, I recently got cosmos floworks, and i tried modelling the pressure drop through a porous media in a pipe. However, the pressure drop always seems to be off by a factor than the pressure drop i get when i calculate it by hand using darcy's law?
Does anyone know why?
