Suggestion: Access User CP from front page

Would it be possible to add a link to the User CP from the front page?
If you are not logged in then it would take you to a login screen.

OK, so a link to the User CP would have to know who you are in order to take you there - but, if you're not logged in, how does the forum know who you are?

Essentially, this boils down to usability. The common practice in interface design is to show users only those options that are available to them at any particular time. Since the User CP is not available if you're not logged in, it is not shown.

I'm afraid such a link would cause problems (I can just see the emails now). Not sure why you need it but there's always the option of logging in and then going to the User CP.
