http://www.cadtutor.net brings me to the main page.If you do run through Community --> CADtutor forum --> Enter forum it brings me to http://cadtutorforum.net/forum/index.php which asks me to update my bookmark and dsiplays a link to the forum. It would however be better if it brought you directly to the forum. This doenst happen if you go from http://www.cadtutor.net and hit the forum button, this way brings you straight to forum.

Just checked it in Firefox and I get that error 404 youre talking about Mark. The link to the forum is displayed, but once again itd be better if it brought you straight there.

Agh, caught red-handed! I have to admit that I haven't updated the menus since moving the forum. The reason it hasn't been done is that I'm currently working on the next version of the CADTutor site and so I stopped making revisions to the current one. I'm sure you can live with it for a while

Newer version? So this is the older one?
Probable you understand the people at Autodesk: "How about a new relase? Let's do it again!" :)
Joke aside: I am sure it will be a good one. Can't wait to see it!

I am not intending to change this forum. This *is* the new version of the forum. The only thing that will change here is that there will be a global navigation bar that will better integrate it with the rest of the site. The rest of the CADTutor site will change. I am moving to PHP for all pages. This means I can implement lots of new and useful stuff. There will also be some new sections/areas of the site and the tutorials section will be substantially rearanged and (in time) completely updated.

Obviously there is a lot of work involved so don't expect anything next week  but I am determined to make changes and probably phase them over the next 6 months.

The current site is now 3.5 years old and is showing its age. It's well overdue for an upgrade.

Yes, you invested a lot of work in this. After write the code for new functions you could sale back the resulted software to the producer :D
