Here is a non-techincal one... How do you get sub and/or super scripts in mtext? I know that you can get squared and cubed but if i want to say get 10^1/2 or something like that how would that be done?

In Mext... for example
to superscript the a.... 2a^ highlight the a^ hit the stack button
to subscript the a ... 2^a highlight a ^a hit the stack button
I don't know if you can get a fraction to superscript/subscript though.
<edit>
If you use the Unicode for 1/2 you can make it work... 10\U+00bd^ highlight the \U+00bd^ and hit the stack button (actually you'll see 1/2 when you finish typing \U+00bd; try it you'll see what I mean)

You can achieve fractions by using the stack button with either a "/" separating numerator and denominator, or a "#" separating them, depending on whether you want a horizontal divide or a diagonal divide... :? err, try it you'll see what I mean... :oops:

ie 1/2 or 1#2
