That's a new one to me. Never seen it or heard of it. I've found a similar issue in the knowledge base. I'd try reboot first and if you continue to get the error an uninstall and reinstall as follows (note that it is a different version of acad and a different error. folder & file names may be different):
Issue
When you start the program, the following error message is displayed:
acad.exe - Entry Point Not Found: The procedure entry point -nextStub@AcDbSpacelterator@@UAEPAVAcDbStub@@_NO@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library ACDB15.dll.
Note: In AutoCAD 2005 based products, ACDB16.dll is the link library.
Solution
This error is caused by Autodesk shared files that are corrupted.
To resolve this problem:
In Windows Control Panel, using Add/Remove Programs, uninstall the program.
Delete all files in the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\ folder. Note that you must permanently delete the files; do not place the files in the Recycle Bin. The Autodesk Shared folder is always placed on drive C, regardless of where the program is installed.
Reboot the workstation.
Reinstall the program.
