trobleshooting guide

I am looking into designing a AutoCAD user Troubleshooting Guide. For our company and was looking for some good examples. I found this one http://www.fs.fed.us/r2/cdi/cad/2006/pdf/troubleshooting-guide.pdf and it is really nice but I would always like to see how other people have done this. So if you have any thing I could look at please let me know.

not really a trouble shooting guide, but we started the CADTutor FAQ section (http://www.cadtutor.net/faq/) for similar reasons - so there are some common problems in there

the main problem with troubleshooting and the AutoCAD help menus seems to be that people don't always know the 'name' for the problem they are having, so it's important to be able to search for an answer from the unusual descriptions they choose to convey their problem
