What is a good configuration PC to run just autocad ver 2008? because Our computer's are running really slow. when using autocad2008.
I would diffidently like some help on this.

Best to configure with the future in mind and not necessarily what you're running at the moment. Maybe quad core is worth considering.

I would also advise getting as much RAM as you can afford (2 GB is minimum for CAD these days). RAM is like money, you can never have too much. Right?

Yes and no. Certain applications and OS's don't support over a certain amount, or if it does then it doesn't utilize it all. So the only thing you might be sacrificing is extra money spent that isn't used.
But yes, the more RAM the better, always. :)
