Renaming Alignments

Hey all,:)
I am working on a project and have set up all the profiles and cross section, offsets, everything for a road. Now our client wants to change the name of the roads. So is there a simple way of changing the alignment name and having it filter into everything else? I have heard that this works in C3D but I am in 2004 LDT? Any thoughts would be great!

In C3D it's even easier and hence quicker.
