Now that the forum has been running for a while, it's clear that there are certain topic/questions that come up over and over. I thought it might be a good idea to develop a FAQ forum where these recurring topics could be dealt with once and for all. Topics that spring to my mind are:
"I've lost my toolbar" - dragged off screen
"How do I draw a helix!!"
"I can't read my text in the MTEXT window" - font smoothing
Can anyone add to this list?

How about some "standard practices"? (i.e. drawing 1 to 1 in model space, create blocks on layer 0, etc....)

Done, but Tuesday !
2.21mb. Basic input of some viewports, zooming, turning off
layers in the current viewport etc. Only thing not obvious is when
I double click to make a viewport active. Remember that each
viewport is seperate/independant view of the model. Although
if you edit the model viewports reflect the changes. Try to edit in
modelspace plot in layouts.
Tried to load it up on to cadfile site but it's too big. So I have put it on
my site here

In the next few days I'll compile a definitive list of all the outstanding FAQ topics and will create a new forum. Then we'll set to work my friends. Are you up for it?
