How do I load an existing ctb file into my drawing so that i can choose it from the plotter dialog box. I am showing several ctb files except the one i need....

Check the OPTIONS dialog to find where your plot styles are saved. Once you find the location, copy your ctb files and paste them into the "Plot Styles" folder.

Another option is to add a "shortcut" to the directory mentioned above that points to the location of your "auxiliary" CTB files.

This is a good way to keep 'temporary' CTB files from getting mixed in with your 'permanent' ones.
