I have recorded an onscreen video guiding you thru how to upload the file/image/screenshot. 8)
It's a tad blocky but I have tried to keep the file size down for us mere

Very nice...not "blocky" at all...what software was used to create the video, might I ask?

I'm making videos of my customization, but short ones still come out to 8Mb...I'll try this bad boy out...thanks!

Don't tweak settings till you are familiar with it.
It's shockingly good and free and no players for users
to download first.

Cheers Nick, i use to use Camtasia Studio but this looks good aswell. gonna give it ago first thing in the morning.. :)

Just tried doing something with IV and it was very slow to record. Turning off my VSCANNER has helped.
