can anybody tell me how i create a 3d face on a part that contains circles ,arcs? :?

Since 3D Faces are 4 sided objects, you can't make true arcs. You can make approximations with lots of faces but this is impractical in most cases. Try using solits instead. You could use closed curved shapes with small extrusions instead of faces.

You can draw a a surface mesh eg a dome or other circular surface then EXPLODE it. You then get a series of 3DFACES. You can then delete or manipulate them.

if its a flat circle that you want a 3d face you could use the region command.
