Stretch Action in DynamicBlock not working properly

I created a DB with 2 stretch actions
one working good, the second not working

Is stretch action not working with attribute? the text is attribute.

lock the position of the attribute (I know that sounds wrong - just do it) and reselect your stretch selection set. All should work properly now (you may need to do an ATTSYNC first).

when I did the changes I suggested both stretches worked and the attribute moved with the vertical stretch. What command is not working?

sorry, instance is a way of saying another example of your block. INSERT it into the drawing again.
