When you RMB on the Icon of Electrical from your desktop and select Properties, in the Target area. I know with Mech you can add a "/p" without the quotes, and your Profile name and it will always use that profile. Same as adding a "/t" and the location of a template. It will always open that template.

Can you add something to the Target to always active a specific Project???
