Hi Debbie. We need a bit more information before it's possible to tell what the problem is. Can you confirm that your site has been uploaded? Did you enter the correct FTP settings in NVu when you published your site? You can use an FTP program such as SmartFTP (http://www.smartftp.com) to see your files on the server. Secondly, who is your host? Third, what is the address of your site and if you have your own domain name, when did you register it?

The error message on your site says:
If you have uploaded files to your webspace and are still getting this error message the possible reasons are:
1) You do not have any files within your webspace
2) You do not have a file called index.htm
3) All of your files are within a folder within your webspace
4) Your index.htm contains some capital letters. It should NOT contain any capital letters.
All good advice. My guess is that your index.htm file is not in the root folder but in some subfolder. The index.htm file should always be in the public_html root folder.
