PDF Approval Stamping

I recently recieved a drawing for approval in pdf format.
Nothing wrong with that.

I want to markup the pdf file with approval comments, what program do I need. I only have adobe pdf viewer and I use bullzipPDF to print from AutoCAD.

Also which is better, PDF or DWF.

Short answer is Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional you can then highlite/comment etc onto the pdf drawing and save and send back,

If you only want to do once I think they still do a trial version at their site
