Hello

Where can I buy a cheap (legal) copy of AutoCAD LT 2008? The cheapest I can find is £800!!! :o.

Also, why is the UK version £800, whilst the same software in the USA costs approximately £400?! :glare:

As for why the USA get it cheaper I have no idea?

£800 is a good price, I doubt you'll find it much cheaper. The RRP for AutoCAD LT 2009 is £1,150 plus VAT

It's the same old story, no one has a convincing answer to this one but they're all at it - Autodesk, Adobe... it's just another case of "rip-off Britain".

At the moment, no. I may start an advanced CAD course in September, but nothing is for certain.
