IntelliCAD

Hi,
This is my first posting here at CADTutor forum.
My Question is...
Does anyone out there have experience with IntelliCAD ver. 5 ?
We currently have a multiple seat licence of AutoCAD LT (04), but I want to try to learn VB and automate one of our 2D production drawings, without spending several thousand upfront on full version ACAD.

Welcome to the forum Ron.

I haven't used a recent version of IntelliCAD but my understanding is that it is practically an AutoCAD clone. I guess the best way to find what you need to know would be to track down an IntelliCAD forum and ask there. I don't know of one off hand but I'm guessing there must be one out there somewhere.
