Shelling a solid

Again a novice question . I am having a problem shelling the bottom of a solid . Someone please help .

You'll need to give us more to go on than that. What's the problem? What do you want to do and what is not working?

I have a solid I am trying to make as a mould and am having problems carving the inside. I hit shell etc. and don't seem to be able to get it to respond

Post it up or tweak the thickness to make it smaller/thinner.
