>move> select bottom center of cylinder,

move the crosshair close to the midpoints of at least 2 sides of the upper face of the cube to activate a ghost track shown in dotted lines, then just click to where the 2 ghost lines from the 2 midpoints intersect.

Try:

With Osnaps End & Center set, start the Move command.

At the Specify base point or [Displacement] : prompt select the bottom center of the cylinder.

At Specify second point or : prompt type .XY

Then @

Then select any top corner of the box.

You’re welcome.

Incidentally, if further background on this process is needed search the help files for “Point Filters” or “Coordinate Filters”.

"how can I move the bottom face of the cylider on z axis and put it on the top face of the box?" was your actual question. You may want to reiterate the question in the dwg file to get more precise results
