Loading express tools

Autocad 2000i - I have just set up a new computer. I tried to load the express tools by copying the folder in and also copying "support/accettest.fas" into the support file. Express toolbars are now showing up in Autocad but the program does not recognize the cammands therefore the buttons do not work. Do you know what I did wrong?

Not sure that will work. I have always simply re-installed them.

From the CD or the install file. I used to have a link of it hosted some where. let see what i can find.
