haven't we seen this one before somewhere ?

I seem to remember you making some comment about looking forward to being an active contributor to this forum but so far you have made a total of 6 posts, all concerned with advertising your site and NO posts where you actually offer any help or advice to any of the members

care to comment ?

Yeah I am pretty ready to pull your plug as well. Be glad that I am not the admin here. Let's see what 6 posts and 5 were pushing your site with the one saying that you would add to the group here. :reallymad:

Going to let CADTutor decide this one.It does get your back up though.Almost as annoying as doing a hard days work coming home and some double glazing idiot phones to sell you some wonderfull deal you dont need.

I have seen this post many times as well. :(

Maybe a solution is to create a specific forum area for post such as this. Just a thought seeing as this is not the first person to post an advertisement like this. At least if there is a specific area for these then maybe we well not have to go through them unless we choose too.

Would be a shame to start seeing companies using this site as a free marketing place.Part of what makes this site great is members help each other out without finances playing a part of it.Ive done a online search for CAD Ground and it appears this member has joined numerous other forums and posted identical posts on these forums to.Take a look:

aws (http://www.aws.org/cgi-bin/mwf/forum_search_x.pl?userId=7366)

there already is... Useful Links

that's another thing that makes it so galling... not only does he keep posting, in effect double posting, taking up space, but he doesn't even put it in the correct forum section

To top that he has replied to CADTutor twice saying yes he like to put something back into the forum. Both replies are worded exactly the same!

Please dont get me wrong, it annoys me too to no end to see the same post from this guy. I was just trying to come up with some sort of an idea. The thing that bothers me is, his post reminds me of the unwanted spam I get through email.

I signed up with Cadground just to see what sort of projects were in the offing. There are currently just eight projects, four of which are closed. Of the four projects still open, just one advertises the budget.
Two more projects stated they were looking for local drafters to complete the work, which is quite ridiculous in a www based environment.
Most of the projects seem scrappy and it's little wonder the companies involved can't find individuals willing to carry out the work. It may be of interest to students or those "between jobs", but I certainly wont be interupting my work flow for any of the projects I've seen to date.

This is a clear case of forum spamming and the third such posting by cadground on this forum. Despite his promise of positive contributions to this forum, none have appeared. Any further "advertising" by cadground will be deleted.
