I had not used my autosketch in awhile and was doing a kitchen plan for a lady .when I was done and hit the "save as" button ,my sketch just closed and went to desk top

I tried again and when I hit "save" it did same thing

anyone have this problem? Did you find a cure?

I guess the best term is crashing , it is not saving anything.whether I hit

save or save as, it does same thing.Shut down:(. I removed the program and reinstalled it with no help.

I did not go all the way in my intro, I am using autosketch 9

have you got it set so it doesn't throw up any error messages?

I'd have expected it to give you a pop-up to tell you why it was unhappy

????? new to me how would that work . I guess it is set to NOT show errors

also crashes when I try to open library files...... kitchen, appliances, doors ect.

If it was set for errors to show, then you may get a clue what it's up to or what's upsetting it as it closes

After removing the program again and reinstalling it .... I find that anything in the file menu causes it to crash...close.

Open, new, save, save as, print ,any of the commands

I'm perplexed

I'm assuming Sketch doesn't have a licence agreement that could have expired, and you'd previously run it okay on this machine with this operating system?

I have had the Program for around 4 years completely legal full version, it has always worked just fine .

Haven't used in on this computer for about 6 months all old files, drawings, are still on here in my documents. I put it on my lap top also and it is working just fine. I just have some sort of bug on this PC causing me some new problems.

may have to wipe the drive to eliminate the bugs lol

lets change your title and see if anybody else looks at it

we don't seem to have a lot of autosketch users so that may be causing people to not look at your thread
