Devilinity
After picking the shapes the loft setting option comes up, what does the start/end angle and magnitude do?
nocturne00
You know you will better understand those things if you actually try it. under the draft angles tab when you change a value it automatically updates the lofted object already. but anyway, the magnitude refers to the extent it will first loft to according to the direction w/c is controlled by the start angle before it bends to the next cross section. same goes with the end magnitude, angle

ReMark
Take a look at this. Read the entries under the heading Draft Angles. http://www.kxcad.net/autodesk/autocad/AutoCAD_2008_Command_Reference/d0e62374.htm
shift1313
say for instance you were lofting between two arcs. Normal to and draft angle 90 should be the same thing. your loft will be at 90 degrees from start/end arcs. If you change that angle to say150, the loft will bend closer to your defining arcs. If you enter a magnitude here, say 1.0inch, your loft will travel that distance before it starts to bend toward your other defining curves. Draw something simple like two circles and loft between them with no other defining curves. Here i drew a circle at 0,0,0 with dia 10. and another at 0,0,-10 dia 10. I did a loft between them with the draft angle at the start 170deg, and at the end 45 degrees.
