Please do not post BMP image files

Recently I've noticed a number of posts with image links to BMP format image files.

BMP files will not display as images in your posts, so don't use them. Also, BMP files are usually quite large because they are not an optimised or compressed format.

Please use only JPEG or GIF files in your posts.

I've updated the image posting information to include this.
