AutoCAD LT 2002 will not launch.

I have AutoCAD LT 2002 but that will not load. After launching 2002 a dialogue box [AutoCAD LT Error Aborting] states FATAL ERROR: Can't load VL system. Do I have to re-install AutoCAD LT 2002.
