How do I delete invisible proxy graphics?
I have a .dwg file that is 1,800KB. I have purged and deleted everything. The only layers are 0 and Defpoints. I cannot delete Defpoints. I am using AutoCad 2002.
I get the Proxy Information dialog box upon opening the file. I have used Quick Select to find objects, and there aren't any.
At one time I inserted information from a civil engineer's drawing, and that's where the proxy objects come from. I am an Architecture person, and we don't use proxies. We regularly mutter about engineering drafters for weird drafting habits and giving us files that are thousands of KB instead of hundreds.
Any engineering drafters reading this, I don't mean you.
I know engineers think Architects are in AutoCAD kindergarten. Some of us are, so please help.
Thanks in advance,
Shep
