A little help please

I have a structure model in Acad 2004
I would like to know if i can import in 3dmax 3.1
How do i do it?

You can import your DWG file to MAX. See here (http://www.cadtutor.net/dd/studio/walkm5/walkm5.html#Import) for details.

Yes, you can import DWG files in 3D Studio. Depending on what version of the programs you do use, possible you will need to open the DWG in AutoCAD first and save it in AutoCAD 14 format or so. Or you can save it in DXF format - 3D Studio will import it as well.
