ged w Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 Hi, does anyone know if Autocad has a copy function the same as Bentley Microstation. Bentley has a pop up dialogue box where you can insert number of copy' s, angle and displacement. The closest thing I've seen on cad is array, Cheers, Ged. Quote
ReMark Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 You're correct. With AutoCAD it is rectangular and circular array. There might be a Lisp routine that would work similar to Microstation. Did you happen to look for one? Quote
ged w Posted October 19, 2008 Author Posted October 19, 2008 Never thought of that, I have used lisp files before with dialogue boxes (ceiling grids), quite successfully, thanks for the tip. Quote
Cad64 Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 You could also try out the Express Tools "Copy Multiple", (Command alias COPYM). It doesn't have a pop-up dialog though, it's all command line driven. Quote
