Some times there is a block inserted in the drawing but has no objects when applying PURGE that block not burged
The long way to solve purge that block
applying the command bedit then check which block has no preview and add objects (for example Lines) then close then explode then purge again
any suggestion for sort way?

You could try to WBlock out all the visible objects which should by definition not include what isn't there (a block that has no object).
I read that back and it sounds really strange. LOL

You can apply quick select filters to select those blocks and then delete them all. No?

In your drawing I selected all items. Then quick selected the blocks. Deleted them. Then purged the block reference.
It obviously works in this instance. But if your drawing has other blocks and you cant be specific enough with your selection filter I can see it being an issue.

that sound is good, but it is a long way cos I have to select the blocks one by one.
Is there a way to select all the blocks which has no objects at one time?

Yes, you can use the quick select to filter the blocks by their unique values. Layers, colours, name etc.
